Reliability Testing · Electrical Stress Test
ES (electrical stress) testing reproduces the electrical noise and transient voltages a product meets in service, and establishes the limits a circuit can withstand.
Electrostatic discharge, power line noise, surges, momentary interruptions and vehicle supply transients are applied under standard conditions and malfunction or damage is assessed.
Key services
Electrical immunity testing
ESD, EFT/burst, surge, impulse, voltage dip/interruption and car surge (vehicle supply transients).
Weak point analysis and countermeasure design
When a test exposes a weak point we identify which component and which path caused it, and provide guidance on protection device selection and circuit countermeasures. We do not simply hand over results — we report them in a form you can apply to the next design.
